§.1 General provisions
1. The data manager is the company TTM Tokarski Trade & Marketing with its headquarters in 33-132 Łęg Tarnowski, Poland, ul. Dolna 18, tax ID: 8711120122, REGON-No .: 852550057. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the general applicable law, the storage of the data takes place on secured servers.
2. The terms used are to be understood as they are described in this Privacy Policy.
3. For better reception of this Privacy Policy, the term “user” has been replaced by “you” and “administrator” by “we”. The term GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive).
4. We respect the right to privacy and we ensure data security. For this purpose, we use SSL encryption (cryptographic protocol to provide communications security).

§2. Data administrator
