Website Terms of Service

§1
General Provisions

  1. These Regulations set out the operating rules and conditions for using the Website.

  2. The Regulations define the rights and obligations of Users and the Website Owner regarding the provision of electronic services, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.

§2
Definitions

Whenever the Regulations refer to:

  • Website – this shall be understood as the following websites: ttm.net.pl

  • User – this shall be understood as …refers to the person visiting the website.

  • Personal Data – refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, or an online identifier.

  • Website Owner / Owner – refers to TTM Tokarski Trade & Marketing, Łęg Tarnowski 33-132, ul. Dolna 18, Poland; Tax ID (NIP): 8711120122, REGON: 852550057.

  • Cookies – refers to IT data,
    specifically text files, sent by the Website, stored on the User’s end device (computer, laptop, smartphone), and intended for use
    with the Website.

  • Server Logs – refers to information regarding certain user behaviors that are logged at the server level.

  • GDPR – refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard
    to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

§3
Conditions for using the Website

  1. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, good practices, and …purposes for which the Website was created, and in particular in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of third parties or the rights of the Owner.

  2. If it is determined that a User, through their conduct and actions, is violating the provisions of section 1, the Owner reserves the right to take all measures necessary to ensure the User ceases such violations, including taking action to remedy any damage incurred as a result.

  3. The Website Owner reserves the right to:

  • interruptions and disruptions in the operation of the Website, particularly due to maintenance or modification work;

  • impose territorial, temporal, technical, or age-related restrictions
    on access to the Website;

  • shut down the Website without prior notice to Users.

  1. The Owner shall not be held liable for technical issues or limitations regarding the User’s computer equipment that prevent the use of the Service, nor for any consequences arising from the malfunction or unlawful use of telecommunications connections beyond the Owner’s control, or for any damages caused thereby.

  2. The User is obliged to refrain from any actions that could compromise the stability of the Owner’s IT systems or impair the quality of the services provided by the Owner.

  3. The Owner shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the User’s use of information obtained from the Service.

§4
Liability for Content

  1. The Owner is solely responsible for its own content published on the Service.

  2. Links provided on the Service may lead to services or websites operated by other entities. The Website Owner bears no responsibility for websites operated by other entities.

  3. The Website Owner shall exercise due diligence to ensure that information posted on the Website is kept up to date and presented in a clear and meticulous manner; however, the Website Owner does not guarantee the completeness or continuous availability of the information posted on the Website.

  4. The Owner reserves the right to modify the content of information posted on the Website, as well as to supplement, shorten, or completely withdraw such information.

  5. Links to the websites of third parties may be placed on the Website solely on the basis of a separate agreement concluded with the Website Owner.

  6. The provisions of Section 4 above do not apply to content posted at the request of public administration bodies or entities with whom the Owner cooperated prior to the entry into force of these Regulations.

§5
Copyright

  1. The content of the Website is protected by Polish and international copyright law. Rights to all materials posted on the Website are reserved for the Owner or for authorized companies and individuals (e.g., business partners, clients).

  2. No part of the Website (including texts, documents, files, graphic layouts, graphics) may be reproduced or distributed in any form or by any means without the written consent of the Website Owner.

  3. Copyright infringement by the User results in legal liability as defined, in particular, by the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights.

§6
Technical requirements

To ensure proper and uninterrupted use of the Website, the User should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • possess a computer, smartphone, or tablet connected to the Internet, with an upload speed of at least 1 Mbps and a download speed of at least 10 Mbps;

  • possess a web browser with JavaScript enabled and support for CSS 3.0, enabling the display of hypertext documents (HTML) on the screen of a computer, tablet, or smartphone, linked via the Internet through the World Wide Web service.

As part of the Service, the Owner provides:

  • the ability to respond to inquiries dir…submitted by the User via the contact form 

  • the option to request a free quote – via the free quote form
